We know you are excited to get your Hikeract, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast.
Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing slightly longer delivery times. We are working hard with the people in our warehouses to get each order out as quick as possible. For any inconvenience caused we apologies, this is something that will change in the near future
Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed.
We are processing and sending out orders normally, but your local post office may experience delays due the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Please stay up to date with news regarding your local post services to find out if your postal services may be affected.
For logistical reasons, some items purchased in the same order may need be sent in separate packages. This means you may not receive all your products in the one package.
Please be sure to enter your address correctly. We are NOT responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address or custom clearance imports.
While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries outside of this time frame as we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our deliveries. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
The processing time for orders is generally 1-3 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be generated and forwarded to you via email. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

- USA: 5-15 business days
- UK: 7-10 business days
- Australia: 8-13 business days
- Canada: 7-20 business days
- Europe: 7-20 business days
- Rest of world: 8-14 business days

Don't worry, we will always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery dates. There may be some other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may lead to delays, for example, customs, public/national holidays, natural disaster, air and ground transportation strikes or delays etc.
